Give your child the chance to explore fashion in a whole new way! In this engaging, hands-on class, students will dive into the exciting intersection of style, sustainability, and innovation under the guidance of renowned designer Andrea Moore of MOORE Custom Goods. They’ll discover how fashion connects with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics — experimenting with upcycled materials, tech-integrated designs, and creative textile techniques. As a special highlight, students will visit Andrea’s shop, The Makers NY on Larchmont Avenue, for an immersive experience with real sewing machinery and textiles. This unique class is perfect for young designers who love to create, problem-solve, and bring their ideas to life!
